PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT RIDE INFORMATION

Dear Anchor House Rider/Support Crew Member:

The departure day for the 31st annual Ride for Runaways is fast approaching and we hope you are prepared and are as excited as we are.  In order to take care of some final details, we will convene our All Participants’ Meeting on Monday, June 15, 2009 at St. Raphael’s Parish Center, 3500 South Broad Street, Trenton, NJ.  Directions are on the website. The doors will open at 6:00 p.m. for processing at the various stations; a short business meeting will convene at about 7:00 p.m. 

Here are a few things that will help to make the evening go a little more smoothly and hopefully reduce the lines prior to the business meeting:

o Please come as early as possible to the meeting if you are bringing your pledges.  Please do not bring pledges in cash.  We suggest you write a personal check to replace any cash pledges. 

o If you have not yet had your photo taken, please be prepared to do so at the meeting.

o Finalize rooming plans.  If you have not yet selected roommate(s) you can do so at the meeting, or we will assign roommates(s) to you.  If you are rooming with 1 or 2 people you must complete the rooming option form and send it with payment to the Anchor House Foundation or bring it with you to the meeting.

Thank you for your cooperation with these items.  We look forward to seeing you on Monday, June 15th.  If your plans to participate in the 2009 Ride for Runaways should change, please contact Kathy at AH immediately.  Also, if you find you cannot attend this meeting, please call Kathy at 609-278-9495 or email her to make arrangements to take care of the items that will be covered that night, most importantly your pledge money.
